Hey! Welcome to my website. I created Gonzalez Graphics so employers, friends, family and respected colleagues have a location to view the work I produce. My goal is simple, I want to become not only a one medium artist but also a master of many. My education of the arts began early at the high school of Art and Design. I learned from talented educators of the standards and practices that are used in the professional art world. My focus during my senior year was illustration to prepare me for college, where I would pursue a degree in graphics communication to begin my career as a Graphic Designer.
Fast forward a couple of years and I am just one semester away from completing my Bachelor’s of technology in Graphics Communication at the New York City College of Technology. At City tech, I challenge myself to expand my knowledge of not just graphic design but also web design, photography, life drawing and digital imaging. Some of these mediums were absorbed easily, while others required a little more research and implementing to consider myself knowledgeable. Hard work, diligence and ambition keep me open minded and constantly learning. I want to become the best well-rounded graphic artist I can be. Having possessed many employment positions in the customer service area, solving customer’s problems was already a satisfying experience. The thought of using my talents to solve marketing and advertisement problems is a dream. I will constantly build on what I know and explore what I don’t.
